Reviews of Albergo Ristorante Madonnina

Kenny
The hotel was located in the hills on the way to the lakes, which provided stunning views. However, it was willing to travel a bit to visit the restaurants around Lake Como, which were highly recommended by the visitors. the hotel was in an extraordinary art gallery.
The service lacked continuity in communication, as there was no front desk staff available at certain times.

The roof terrace with pool was great. Beautiful view from balcony and terrace. The staff were nice, the breakfast delicious and everything child-friendly.
Some corners of the hotel looked like storerooms. This was a pity and didn't look so well maintained, although the main house and the rooms were very clean.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant for exploring Lake Como, Lago Maggiore, and even Lugano. Its location in a tranquil village is strategic, and there's nothing we could find at fault. The staff is efficient and easygoing, and the rooms are beautiful with high ceilings and a very large balcony. The breakfast was great and kept us going most of the day.
Nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

Very nice staff, excellent in-house restaurant. Beautiful roof top pool, also children are welcome despite rather high standards
The bathroom is equipped with combined shower/jacuzzi, difficult to avoid water splashes outside, the bathroom was under water at the end...

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully decorated rooms with a very large balcony to the excellent beds, every aspect of our stay was carefully thought out. The hotel's location as an overnight stop on our journey from Belgium to Tuscany was perfect, allowing us to rest and recharge before continuing our journey. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with a breakfast that was nicely served and starting our day off on a positive note.
All was superb - nothing to improve!

The house was quite large and there was a lot of room for our family.
The hotel was really far out in a small village.

A nice hotel in a quiet area. Very friendly staff! Good service. We stayed in a 4 bed room which is not in the main building. A little cheaper. Still with designer ambitions. Restaurant has really nice food, and price level matches the main building hotel rooms. I really recommend this hotel instead of any of the big chains!
